Kul'suwik is a private 70 acre residential sanctuary comprised of four estate properties. Through the guardianship of the Central Okanagan Land Trust, a 50 acre donation to the Park, the application of Conservation Land Zoning, and a covenant restricting any further development, more than 90 percent of the property’s original landscape is preserved for future generations.
